Vehicles at Campout

Every vehicle coming to Dirtybird Campout (except bicycles and motorcycles) must purchase a Car Camping Pass to enter the festival. Group Camping ticket includes 2 car camping passes. The Birds Nest Luxury Camp includes 1 vehicle passes.

Sorry kids, no one under 21 is allowed to attend Dirtybird Campout.

Our RV passes are broken into two categories – short and long:

RV Camping Pass with Full Hookups
RV Camping Pass with Water and Power
RV Camping Pass with No Hookups

What kind of pass does my vehicle need?

Van or Camper-Van = Car Camping Pass
Minibus or Bigger = RV Pass
Car with Trailer = RV Pass
5th Wheel = RV Pass

Will there still be payment plans?

Easy payment plans will be available with any Dirtybird Campout ticket purchase, not just your Weekend Festival Pass. Just select Payment Plans in the cart during the checkout process. You will be able pay off your ticket with a monthly payment.

Will there be changes to tickets and pricing?

There are three tiers of Festival Passes. If you would like to upgrade your ticket from GA to VIB there will be a difference in price as well. You can upgrade your ticket through TIXR support. All vehicles coming to the event will be required to purchase a Car Camping Pass or an RV Pass.

Will there be Boutique camping?

Yes! Our boutique camping options is available. Dirtybird Campout will offer our Birds Nest Luxury Camp which will be a premium tent, with the option of having up to 4 people to each tent. It will come with real mattresses/beds, electricity, private restrooms and other great ammenities. You can learn more about our Boutique Camping camping here.

Can I camp with my car?

Yes! In fact, everyone must purchase a car camping pass and will be able to camp next to their vehicle at Dirtybird Campout. All vehicles entering Dirtybird Campout must purchase a Car Camping Pass or RV Camping Pass in addition to their festival ticket.

What are my transportation options getting to the event if I don’t have a car?

Rideshare is your best option. Through RickyRides we have created a group page to help you link up here. Camp Bus again this year from OAK Airport Departing at Friday 10/09 @ 12PM. Return Time from Campout will be at Monday 10/10 @ 12PM.

I'm coming from out of town. What airport do I fly to?

The closest airport to Modesto Reservoir Campgrounds is Oakland International Airport, about 1.5 hours away from the venue. San Jose International Airport and Sacramento are about 2 hours away, San Francisco International Airport is 2.5 hours away, and Los Angeles International Airport is about 4.5 hours away. We are offering a camp bus from the Oakland airport at 11 AM on Friday see the ticketing page.
